The initial consultation is about 60 minutes. Follow-ups are typically 30–45 minutes, depending on your care plan.

No — as a holistic nurse, I do not prescribe medications. However, I can help you understand your current medications, discuss natural complement options, and collaborate with your healthcare provider for integrated care.
Yes! Every consultation includes a personalized plan summarizing our discussion, key recommendations, and next steps you can begin immediately.
Holistic consultations are typically self-pay, as they focus on education and lifestyle rather than medical treatment. You’ll receive an invoice that you can submit to an HSA or FSA if your plan allows.
After booking, you’ll receive an email with a short intake form. Completing this before your session helps us make the most of your time. Bring a notebook or journal for any insights that arise during our conversation.
